About Ella

I'd describe my personality as encouraging, creative, and loving I like tutoring because I'm going to school to get my certification in K-6 General Education and K-12 Special Education. One of my favorite things is to help a student recognize that they are more than capable of doing hard work and then reflecting on that progress! I'm looking for a job that provides me a space to educate and assist in educational development I started tutoring when I started working with students in schools and therapy clinics. I've been doing that for around 4 years now! In my spare time, I like to enjoy hiking, coffee shops, and beach trips with my friends. One thing you should know about me is I will push a student to be the best version of themselves, and although it might be a hard day, they will always come out with a smile on their face. My skills include working with students with disabilities, phonics education and writing prep, and lots of math!
