About Ella

As a soon to be 19-year-old mom with years of paid experience, I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My journey into childcare began when I was a young teen, looking forward to making connections! With fulfilling babysitting roles, where I and many others discovered my natural ability to connect with children. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, imagination, and learning through play. Effective communication is key, and I keep parents regularly updated on their child's day and any issues that arise. Ensuring a seamless partnership in caring for their child.
