Ella has been such an amazing caregiver for our 3 children, ages 6, 2 and newborn. She is always so calm, understanding and patient with the kids. Ella loves play time with them and lets them be creative. She is trustworthy, super respectful of our rules and requests. She is always punctual and tries her best to accommodate our needs in availability. Highly recommend Ella!
