About Ella

Nurturing children comes naturally to me, and I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages. My babysitting roles taught me the importance of providing a safe and stimulating environment, and I am motivated to make a positive impact on children's lives while supporting their families. I am creative, friendly, and comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I communicate with parents verbally at pickup and follow their preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid.
