About Ella

As a caregiver, I enjoy playing with kids, helping them with homework, and being creative with them. I love making crafts, playing games, and being outside! Overall, I truly enjoy getting to know kids (and pets too!). I firmly believe in open and consistent communication with parents. I would provide daily reports and communication with parents to ensure that you're informed about your child's day. I am very comfortable with enforcing household rules. A little bit about me: I am a junior at the University of Michigan planning to go into the healthcare field. In my spare time I like to read, practice my Spanish fluency, and spend time with friends and family. I have always been very involved in both sports and academics. I work as a direct care worker for people with developmental disabilities and I have past experience working with kids and pets. I'd describe my personality as patient, creative, and friendly.
