Supporting seniors and helping them stay independent and comfortable is really important to me. I got into caregiving through personal experience with dementia care, and it made me want to be someone who can help people feel safe, respected, and supported in their everyday lives. I'm a friendly, compassionate caregiver who focuses on creating a calm, comfortable environment for each person I work with. I can help with daily needs like meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I also have experience with changes in behavior and confusion, and I like to use simple sensory activities to help bring comfort and engagement. I'm CPR trained as well! I also think communication with families is really important, and I'm happy to update you in whatever way works best (text, phone, or in person).
