Ella has worked with our family for 3.5 years, starting when my youngest was about 4 months old. She has grown with us and is truly part of the family. Ella has worked with both of my kids through challenging tantrums, potty training, and other big milestones. She is very reliable, kind, and even keeled. She has traveled out of state with our family for events and watched my kids overnight when I've been out of town. I trust her implicitly. My kids are always so excited when I tell them she's coming. Ella also loves dogs, so that's a bonus if you have a pet in the house!
