About Ella

Ella was an EXCEPTIONAL caregiver for my mother. When I first hired her, she didn't yet have that much senior care experience. However, during her first interview, she was really observant and asked really good questions. This told me that she has the potential to be a great caregiver to my mother who had fairly complex medical issues. Ella proved to be responsible, smart, dedicated, and took initiative. She took instruction well but was able to adjust plans and deal with unexpected issues if needed. She was actually much better than some agency caregivers I hired. Given these qualities, I'm sure Ella would be exceptional as well in caring for children.
