About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella! If you're looking for someone who is caring, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with kids, I'd love to connect with your family! I believe childcare is about creating a safe, fun, and comfortable environment where they can be themselves, learn, and feel cared for. I'm currently a college student pursuing a degree in Law Enforcement, and I've developed strong communication, problem-solving, and responsibility skills through my education and experiences. I'm someone who takes responsibility seriously and understands how important it is for parents to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for their children. I'm always happy to make the time together fun and meaningful. I'm also more than willing to follow your family's routines, rules, and expectations to make sure your children receive the care that works for them. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and become someone you can count on for reliable and loving childcare!
