About Ella

I'm Ella, I'm 19 years old, and I graduated high school a year ago. I've always had a deep understanding of and compassion for children. Growing up in a big family, I was constantly surrounded by kids and naturally became the one everyone relied on to help watch them. Caring for children has always felt second nature to me-not just a responsibility, but something I truly enjoy. I've worked in an after-school program, gaining hands-on experience with children of different ages, personalities, and needs, and I've taken child development courses to better understand how kids grow and thrive. I also genuinely enjoy cleaning, especially organizing, and I take pride in creating calm, comfortable spaces. My top priorities are always a child's comfort, happiness, and safety, so both kids and parents feel secure and supported.
