Ella was hired to care for my youngest child during school breaks, and she went far beyond basic childcare. Instead of simply supervising, she created a full “camp-style” curriculum for their time together, thoughtfully incorporating art, imaginative play, movement, reading, and quiet relaxation. My child absolutely loved it and looked forward to every day with her. Ella is organized, creative, well-spoken, and completely trustworthy. What sets her apart is the way she speaks to children as whole people. She listens, engages, and makes them feel genuinely valued and heard. She’s also fun, funny, and brings an easy, joyful energy that kids naturally gravitate toward. Any family would be lucky to have her. I cannot recommend Ella highly enough. Hire her!
