About Ella

I'd describe myself as positive, thoughtful, and genuine. I love working with kids and creating spaces where they feel safe, valued, and loved. It's so special to walk through life with a child-supporting them through ups and downs and watching them grow. My goal is to be a light in their lives and a dependable, nurturing presence. I'm looking for a job where I can partner with a family to positively impact a child's development. I hope to use my creativity, patience, and communication skills to build genuine relationships with both the child and their family. I grew up watching my mom run an at-home daycare and have loved working with kids ever since. I started babysitting in eighth grade, worked as a camp counselor at St. Mark's Summer, and now substitute teach at Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School. In my free time, I enjoy the beach, trying new coffee shops, walking with podcasts, and being creative through painting, photography, interior design, and storytelling.
