About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella! I'm a senior pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Medical Humanities and a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. For the past 1. 5 years, I've worked as a Behavior Technician with toddlers with autism, and I absolutely love what I do! My experience has taught me so much about patience, communication, behavior support, and making learning fun and engaging. I've been caring for kids since 6th grade and have also worked at a daycare with children ages 0-12. I'm energetic, dependable, patient, and caring, and I love keeping kids busy with fun activities while creating a safe and positive environment where they can be themselves!
