About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a Pediatric ICU nurse. I've babysat for family and friends in the past and now care for children of all ages in the PICU. I love getting to know kids' personalities and watching them learn and grow! My availability depends on my nursing schedule, but I'm happy to be flexible when I can :) I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, and dependable. I'm looking for a family I can get to know and help out with a schedule that works around my nursing job. One thing to know about me is that I genuinely love working with kids! I'm attentive and ensure kids are well cared for. Clear communication with parents matters, too.
