About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella. I'm 25 years old and originally from Portland, OR. I love music, books, and art. I'd describe my personality as creative, active, and caring. I like working with kids because I'm fascinated by the developing brain! Kids are so creative and curious and I love tapping in to that area of my adult brain. I'm looking for a job that gives me space to grow as a caregiver. I'm quite independent and thrive in an environment where there's mutual trust. I started working with kids as soon as I was old enough to take care of my younger sisters and their friends. I worked as a lifeguard, a dance teacher, and a camp counselor as a teenager. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with friends, practice yoga, see live music, and get creative with my hands by sewing, ceramics, and cooking. One thing you should know about me is that I'm extremely communicative and straight forward. My skills include interactive learning, creative cooking/baking, and lots of patience.
