About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella! I recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma and moved to Austin for work. I have eight years of childcare experience with kids of all ages, with prior experience as a high school lifeguard, so safety is always a priority. As the older sister to two, caregiving comes naturally to me. I take a creative, hands-on approach to playtime--favoring board games, outdoor activities, and educational play while limiting screen time. I'm confident enforcing household rules and happy to help with light cooking, housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and provide regular parent updates. I work full-time, but my schedule is semi-flexible and remote when needed, so availability is open for discussion. I'm happy to meet for coffee or FaceTime first to make sure it's a great fit!
