About Ella

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, hardworking, and sweet. I like working with kids because it allows me to have a job full of laughter, energy, and excitement while also getting to teach and learn in the process. I love helping others, and working with children gives me the opportunity to do that in such a unique and empowering way. I started working with kids when I was 14. I started as a swim instructor at my local pool and gained connections through that to start babysitting and coaching children. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my friends, swim (I am a collegiate swimmer!) and find new coffee shops! I also really enjoy thrifting and fashion. One thing you should know about me is I am on the NYU varsity women's swim team so I have great time management skills and am passionate about the job I am doing.
