About Ella

Hi, my name is Ella! I have five years of experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs such as autism, developmental delays, and sensory differences. I also have experience as a preschool teacher for ages 1-4 and as a nanny for an infant, giving me a strong foundation in early childhood care and development. Families describe me as dependable, upbeat, and creative. I love planning fun, age-appropriate activities-whether reading stories, playing outside, or helping with homework-and I'm happy to assist with meals, light tidying, or transportation. Special needs care is especially close to my heart. I've been involved in special needs ministry since I was four and have spent the past three years working professionally while also volunteering with adults in this community. I see each child as a gift and feel called to care with gentleness and kindness. In my free time, I enjoy coffee with friends, line dancing, and hiking in God's beautiful creation!
