About Ella

I'd describe my personality as caring, attentive, and bubbly! I like working with kids because they are curious, caring, and gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on their life and vice versa. I'm looking for a job with clear communication, routine oriented family, and flexible hours since I am a full time student at LSU. I started working with kids over 3 years ago with family and professionally. I have experience working with special needs preschoolers. Also a kindergarten class which I helped teach a variety of subjects. I prided myself on redirecting and focusing the kids. In my spare time, I like to read, be creative, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I like to create a positive environment, while enforcing strict boundaries that parents set so I'm respected and others as well. My skills include practicing problem-solving, working on interpersonal skills like effective communication with peers and adults, and creating a positive, trusting environment.
