As a nurturing childcare provider, I'm enthusiastic about supporting families and fostering the well-being of children. My journey in caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my passion for making a positive impact on young lives. With one to two years of experience, I bring a patient, calm, and friendly demeanor to my interactions with children. I believe in open communication with parents and value their preferred methods, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone call updates. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring a consistent environment for the child. I enjoy a wide variety of engaging activities with children. I have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and I also volunteered and worked for a non profit called Endure Athletics in Murfreesboro, TN and I believe that has enhanced my ability to provide a well-rounded and enriching caregiving experience.
