About Ella

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, and sweet. I like working with kids because it's a lot of fun and it makes work enjoyable. I'm looking for a job that will be fulfilling and engaging. I started working with kids when I worked at a climbing gym in Logan, Utah, teaching young kids how to climb. I then became a registered behavior technician and was able to conduct therapy sessions with kids with autism. I also worked in a treatment center with young girls. In my spare time, I enjoy a lot of active hobbies especially anything outside. I like Running, rock climbing, yoga, hiking, I also enjoy art. One thing you should know about me is I plan to go back to do a graduate degree but I would like to work until then and save as much as possible to do so. My top three skills for this role would be communication and active listening, patience, and problem solving.
