About Ella
Experience: 4 yrs
My name is Ella and I'm a part-time tutor and sitter based in Brooklyn. My approach centers around hands-on crafting, music and the outdoors; I'm an avid lover of the outdoors and know how important it is for kids to get out and stay active. I have most recently worked at Hawthorne Valley Farm as an art educator and counselor, working with children ages 8-16. I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Scripps College with honors in Media Studies and Art with experience in extensive French studies. This educational background paired with place-based education experience has led me to take a unique and creative approach to childcare and tutoring. Looking forward to connecting with you! :-)
