About Ella

I'd describe my personality as very outgoing, positive, and hardworking. I like working with kids because they have such amazing imaginations and they inspire me to bring out my own creativity. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my school schedule as I am working towards my bachelors degree in nuclear medicine at Ferris State. I would prefer $20+/hour but I am flexible!! I started working with kids when I was 8 years old, when my little siblings were born. I was always willing and happy to help my mom with them. When I was 15, I began babysitting for kids around the neighborhood. When I turned 18 I began to care for children in hospice. I also worked at a pediatric autism clinic for about a year. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also love being outside, going for walks, anything active! My skills include hygiene (diaper changing, bathing, etc.), behavior shaping, and keeping kids engaged and entertained (and of course safe!).
