About Elke

Hello parents! I'm Elke, a bachelor's degree student with a big heart for families. I have over 6 years of experience with childcare, babysitting, nannying, leading camps, youth groups, and children's plays! A big passion of mine when it comes to childcare is mental and emotional development. I have a degree in communication which has equipped me with knowledge of how to navigate big emotions. I also am studying wildlife biology at NNU currently, which provides a means of natural education for young minds. I thrive in loud environments and am quick to work under pressure. It has also been noted by peers and mentors how I am slow to over stimulate. I have worked with as many as 6 kids at a time and have only grown in my ability to manage groups.
