About Eliza

I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over five years of experience providing compassionate and dependable senior care. I've worked in a variety of settings, including in-home care, assisted living communities, and the Heart and Cardiovascular Unit at UW Health. My goal is always to help seniors maintain comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life in their daily routines. I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with dual Bachelor's degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology, giving me a strong background in both physical wellness and emotional support. In addition to personal care and companionship, I'm also able to assist with mobility support, stretching, and basic exercise or rehabilitation-focused routines to help encourage strength, movement, and overall well-being. I am certified in BLS/CPR and First Aid and pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the individuals and families I work with.
