About Eliza

Hello, my name is Eliza! I live in Durham and am a proud mom of two little ones. I have many years of experience working with young people of all ages. This past school year I was a nanny for a 1-year-old. In years past I have worked as an outdoor educator for the Durham Public Schools "Hub Farm", as an outdoor educator at Eno Valley Elementary School (working with K-5th), as a garden teacher at the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and as a camp mentor/counselor at the Green River Preserve (ages 6-14). I love spending time outside, making art, and staying active. I would love to help families that need a caregiver on weekend evenings. I am comfortable working around pets, helping with dinner, and bedtime routines. I am not available during the week however. Please reach out to me with any questions and I look forward to connecting!
