About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as caring, playful, and firm. I care about the kiddos I work with, and love having fun time with them, but I will be firm with rules and boundaries as they arise. I like working with kids because it makes me feel like I make an impact on the world. Seeing them flourish in their day to day lives using skills I helped teach always makes me feel accomplished and proud of them. I started working with kids professionally since early 2024. In my spare time, I like to do anything creative! I love writing, singing, drawing, reading, and all things nature based! One thing you should know about me is I will never hit a kid as a form of punishment. Physical discipline is a no-go. I firmly believe time-outs and good talking-to's are the best approach to discipline with children. And time-outs are never too long and talking-to's never involve yelling or screaming on my end. My skills include patience, a calm demeanor, and a strong urge to keep everyone safe.
