About Elizabeth

Hi! I'm Elizabeth. I've been caring for children of all ages since I was 16 years old. My work has been primarily with children with cognitive and/or developmental disabilities as well as newborn infants. After working for the Department of Children and Families, international manufacturing corporations and as the Senior Director of Marketing for a Las Vegas based consulting firm, I found myself drawn back to one on one childcare. You could say it's my passion! I incorporate Montessori philosophy in raising my own child, and tend to focus largely on communication with children of all ages. My daughter began learning sign language at 6 months and is able to verbally communicate her emotions (huge at 2. 5 yrs) Over the years I have become very close with the families I work for and remain in contact even 6-7 years after my time with them ended. Whether you are in need of care for a one time occasion or on a regular basis, my goal is to make the entire family feel comfortable and safe
