Elizabeth contacted me regarding a nanny position for my girls 2 days a week. We chatted a bit on care then we were texting. She provided me 3 references which I checked and they gave rave reviews. They stated their kids loved her, she was great and very dependable. After checking her references I decided to meet her in a public place to get to know her and have her get to know the girls she would be caring for. We agreed on a date and time. I even checked the day before to make sure we were still on for a meeting and she said yes. About 45 minutes before our meeting time she texted and said she's getting ready to meet us but moving slowly as she sprained her ankle. I said oh no I hope you're okay and babies are a little tired hoping they take a nap in the car on the way to meet her. She then asked if tomorrow would work for a meeting and I said we couldn't as we would be out of town all week. She never responded so I went ahead and got to our meeting place and let her know we got a table in the back. I had my entire family out-twin 6 month olds and a 3 year old to meet her only to be completely stood up! No call or text. I figured she might run a few minutes behind given her previous text but to be totally blown off is unprofessional. I messaged her a few days later asking what happened to give her a chance to explain before writing this review and she never responded. It was a complete waste of my time.
