About Elizabeth

For the past 8 years I have worked for a wonderful family caring for their daughter with cerebral palsy. At the same time I lived with and cared for my aging grandmother. She was mostly bedridden, with dementia / Alzheimer's. She recently passed away at the age of 99. I want to use my experiences to help other families. I'm caring, committed and trustworthy, with a great sense of humor. I like caring for seniors because I appreciate, and love learning about the long lives they have lived, and making their last years the best they can be! I'm looking for a job that allows me to use all the experience I have acquired in the past 8 years. My interests: hosting family dinners, and spending time with my boyfriend of 6 years and doing crossword puzzles, making crafts and decorating for ALL holidays. I do diaper changes and ALL other hygiene care. I administer medications in various forms, and know how to transfer clients safely. I am always on the lookout to help prevent falls.
