About Elizabeth

We hired Elizabeth over a year ago to make weekly visits with our 90 year old mother. Our mom lives alone, so these visits have become very important to enrich her life socially. Our mom has severe memory impairment, which makes it difficult for her to accept new people and any changes in her routine. However, she quickly adapted to Elizabeth’s visits and now looks forward to seeing her as a highlight in her week, and often describes her as “a very l;ovely woman.” For this we credit Elizabeth’s gentle, understanding approach and genuine interest in listening and talking with Mom. Elizabeth seems very sensitive to our mom’s mood and sate-of-mind and her opinion and updates on how mom is doing are very valuable to us. It’s also reassuring that Elizabeth has a great deal of experience dealing with the physical issues that older people deal with and her comments on our mom’s health and well-being are also very important to us. If Mom ever needed in-home health care and physical aid we would trust Elizabeth completely with that job. In short, we were very lucky to find Elizabeth and can recommend her without any reservations whatsoever.
