Hello! I'm an empty-nester mom of three with a passion for caregiving. After my mom passed, I cared for my dad during the last six years of his life, gaining hands-on experience and deep empathy. I love getting to know people, listening to their stories, and helping make each day brighter. I'm dependable, compassionate, trustworthy, and truly enjoy supporting others. I can help with companionship, driving to appointments, errands, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and more. I have experience with clients facing dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, neuropathy, heart disease, cancer (and treatment side effects), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and grief.
