Elizabeth (Lily) I have always loved working with and building relationships with children. Lily has my highest recommendation! She watched our girls ages 1.5 and 3.5 for two weeks before our girls started at their new preschools, and within minutes of meeting her they were instantly attached to her. They would literally stand outside on our front step waiting for her to arrive every morning! She is attentive, creative, and fun - consistently came to our house with crafts or planned activities for the day. On top of that she's kind and patient, but still knows when to set boundaries which is so necessary with an opinionated 3 year old! We are looking forward to having Lily come back for date nights in the future.
