About Elizabeth

Elizabeth (Lily) I have always loved working with and building relationships with children. Over the last seven+ years, I have gained experience with infants, children with special needs, and kids of all ages from newborn to 13 yrs old. My priority as a nanny is to openly communicate with parents and work with them to implement their strategies and values. I have a very fun and energetic approach with children. I am a creative problem solver, and I believe in teaching boundaries to little ones, as well as helping them communicate big feelings. I am extremely patient, understanding, and proactive about planning activities and anticipating needs. I have studied child development and value stimulating healthy cognitive and physical development by incorporating fun activities. A bit about me: I am a college student studying architecture, and in my free time I love creative projects, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling!
