I am skilled in specialized cases including hospice and will accept $25-30/hour for those case types. I am a licensed CNA. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well. I have a registered medication aide certification with insulin module. I have a B. S N. in Public Health/Healthcare Management and pursuing my master's degree. I have 20 years of experience in working with seniors who have specialized needs. I work with any and all cases. I am also a Bath Clinician. I have mastered the training necessary to work safely and effectively at all times. I am highly referenced and would love the opportunity to care for your family. I am currently looking for on opportunities if you need errands done such as grocery shopping, pharmacy medication picked up, mail from post office picked up, or personal assistant needs such as laundry washed and folded, pick-up dry cleaning. Elizabeth worked as a caregiver for me for approx 10 weeks, part time, on a temporary assignment. She cared for my 88 year old mother, on weekend nights, while she recovered from a broken leg. The patient was non weight bearing for 8 of these 10 weeks. Elizabeth provided superior quality of care which included bathing, changing, dressing, transferring and light meal preparation. Elizabeth is extremely dependable, professional and kind to her patients and their family. I would not hesitate a moment to employ Elizabeth again, should my mother's status change. Jann A.
