We interviewed Elizabeth for our position. She was very prepared and able to share many examples of quality childcare. She also shared lesson plans she had used to plan upcoming weeks/months. I got the sense the Elizabeth would provide much more than only a safe and loving environment- she would connect with our children as individuals and provide developmentally appropriate experiences to help them learn and grow. While there was a better fit in the end for our family, I have no doubt Elizabeth will be the perfect fit for another family. She was one of our final candidates. I highly recommend bringing her in for an in-person interview.
