I am a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development led me to pursue a career in childcare, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I have the ability to engage children in imaginative play and educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. My Montessori and ABA background allows me to provide a structured and supportive environment for children, while also respecting the boundaries set by parents. I am comfortable enforcing household rules in a consistent and positive manner.
