I have had pets since I was 6 yrs of age. Our first pet was a Bassett Hound, Mitzi. I've had Pugs, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers and currently I have an 85# Standard Poodle, Maxx. They all had very different personalities. I'm partial to Pugs. When I took care of friend's pets in the past it was for cats. If I could afford them and had acreage I would have more. I've had 3 rescues. I was able to find homes for 2 of them. I kept my last rescue, Maxx. He is such a blessing.
