Hello, I am a yoga teacher and a corporate leadership coach who loves children. Originally from England, I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and returned here after a successful career in television. I am a mother and grandmother and believe a loving, compassionate environment is the greatest gift we can give to our children. I have taught mindfulness, empathy and compassion for many years to adults yet these attributes are natural to children. We simply need to encourage their growth with laughter, nature, animals and plenty of love. I have also spent several years partnering children with horses to work on emotional difficulties such as anxiety and depression. I am still working part time as a trainer and coach with corporations in RTP and with the UNC system.
