About Elizabeth

I am a College student, majoring in Dance Education, and have a passion for working with children. My work experience to date has focused on caring for and motivating children in a variety of day camp programs. I approach my interactions with children with enthusiasm, empathy, and the flexibility needed to deal with each individual, while maintaining a safe and controlled environment. I like working with kids because I love to see them grow and mature, see their energy, and experience all the crazy things they do (both good and bad, but sometimes you can't laugh about the bad until after the fact)! I'm looking for a job where I have wonderful communication and mutual respect with the parents and children.
