If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. She is genuinely one of the most caring, warm-hearted people I’ve ever met. Her knowledge and experience in senior care truly show in everything she does. She always has thoughtful, creative ideas and seems to know exactly what to do at just the right moment, which brings so much comfort and confidence to our family. If it weren’t for her guidance, I honestly don’t know where I’d be in caring for my father who has Alzheimer’s. She has taught me so many practical techniques and approaches that have made daily life smoother, calmer, and more manageable for both of us. Her patience, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched. We feel incredibly lucky to have her support and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
