About Elizabeth

First time exploring animal care jobs. I am a lover of animals and personally share my life with two cats, Jax (8) and Yin (5). I have some experience successfully working with dogs and training them loosely based on animal training research I have done on my own. I have nine years experience working in Special Education in schools as a Para Educator. Currently I work in Special Education in a structured skills classroom at an elementary school where I work with kids who have a variety of special needs. I have experience applying data based research practices to help kids with behavioral and educational support. Would love to grow and expand in this area and see how my experience applies working with animals.
