For several years, I have volunteered at Church with Liz, assisting with daytime youth programs. Liz became the 'Head Teacher' for preschool age children last year and has been doing a phenomenal job thus far! She is compassionate and structured in her lesson plans, but makes the time to reach every single child as an individual. She has grace and such patience with young children especially. Liz always finds a way to keep a peaceful, but fun play environment!
