About Elizabeth

My name is Elizabeth and I am 28 years old. I have been a speech-language pathologist for 4 years and work within AISD. I have three younger brothers and I grew up helping my mom with them. I was often referred to as "Mom 2". For 5 years, I was a teacher's aid for my church's program that serviced families with kids ages 3-5. For two summers, I worked as a therapist working with primarily autistic children. During my senior year of undergrad, I worked for a family services company and worked 1:1 with foster care children. During grad school, I was an academic coach for students, assisting with executive functioning skills. I am now an SLP working in the school setting.
