I am currently working as a Lead Toddler Guide in a Montessori school in Springfield Va. The Montessori philosophy has taught me the importance of encouraging childhood independence, grace and courtesy and enriching language. I have experience with not only toddlers but infants too. I have a clean driving record and I have my own car. I have passed a background check before and can pass again. I speak both English and Spanish. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted and mask while caring for your children. Safety and quality care are my top priorities. I also have extensive experience of toilet and sleep training for children of all ages. I'm MAT training. In 2023 I completed two professional Development Certification. Elizabeth was so kind, professional, and patient with our 4-year-old daughter. She even visited briefly before our first booking so that our daughter could meet her and get comfortable and familiar with her. She has impressive teaching credentials and you can see the passion she has for kids when she talks about caretaking. We would certainly hire her again--our daughter is already asking when she will come play a second time!
