About Elizabeth

I have been involved with children since the age of 13. I began babysitting when I became Red Cross certified with a class through the park district where I then was a nanny (ages 1. 5, 4, 7) for two summers in a row along with random weekend babysitting jobs while I was in high school. During high school I was a life guard where I was CPR and first aid certified and worked with children of ages newborn to 18. I then went away to college where I worked at a child care company for children of parents that were less fortunate. Here, I played games, read books, went to the park as well as helped children out with their Spanish as I have taken four years. The kids I was working with were of ages 1 to 12. I also was full time help for 2-year-old twins with hearing issues working on potty training, speech and behavioral issues. I have a 10-year-old niece I have helped raise as well. Pets and child care are my passion. I just left corporate after 13 years to get back into childcare
