About Elizabeth

Hello! I am a recent college graduate with over six years of paid experience working with children and teens. I have a Psychology degree from Fordham University and a minor in Disability Studies, and I am currently in my second year of graduate school for early childhood special education. I have worked daily with an 11-year-old boy with autism for the last three years doing homework, playtime, additional tutoring, practicing cognitive/social skills, etc. I have prior experience with children with and without disabilities in classrooms, recreational settings, and at-home environments. I believe every child can succeed if given the opportunity and the proper supports, and I am passionate about empowering the children I work with by providing those very things. Looking for a part-time job caring for and/or tutoring a child with a disability.
