Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am a pediatric nurse. I am originally from VA, went to nursing school in the DC area, and I am new to the Providence area. I have babysat for a host of different families both in the DC area and in my hometown of Yorktown, VA; I am also first aid, CPR, and PALS certified. From infants to middle schoolers, continuous diaper changes to baths and homework, after-school activities, play-dates, birthday parties; I have experience with all of it, and am therefore very comfortable with children of all ages and temperaments. I can both balance a busy family schedule, and find creative adventures to fill a free day! I love working with kids and when I babysit I normally like to keep them engaged in either arts and crafts, puzzles, or trains/blocks. Hands-on playing and learning is so important for development and I try and incorporate that within the time I'm watching them!! Thank you and I look forward to watching your kids!

Elizabeth has taken care of our kids multiple times now and has been wonderful! She is always responsive, timely and most importantly great with the kids. We were looking for someone to help get both kids up in the morning, which could have been scary for our 2 year old especially, but after just meeting Elizabeth once she had no hesitations being greeted by her in the AM. We are grateful for Elizabeth’s help!
