I have been working with kids professionally for 19 years now. I am currently TA in a classroom for special needs kids. I resigned my job starting in August to focus on school and an in home caregiving position. I love kids. Liz has watched my 18 month old since she was 8 weeks old while I worked out of the house. I will be done working at the end of this month, so we no longer are able to keep Liz. She is consistently punctual, reliable, and has upheld any house rules we set such as healthy afternoon snacks. She was the primary caregiver for my infant and also provided after school and summer care for my 6 and 7 years olds. She did a good job of establishing a fun routine with them for the summer, and trying to plan activities based on the interests of each child.
