Hello, I've been in child care for 12 years and over the years have worked with hundreds of families and children. Aside from nannying and babysitting, I have also been a Sunday school teacher, worked at a daycare, at a school as a playground/lunch supervisor, and for a couple of summer day camps as well as sleep-away camps. My main focus in recent years, has been as a private homeschool teacher and house/ family manager. I am familiar with all ages and abilities. I have worked with special needs kids, who are non-verbal, non-ambulatory, educationally delayed, with G-tubes, speech delays, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and MSD. I am CPR and first aid certified for infants, children, and adults. I pride myself as a lifelong learner and am constantly keeping up with the newest studies in child development and child-raising practices. I prioritize building a relationship with the child or children and also the family unit as a whole, having a fun, uplifting attitude while still accomplishing.
