I am reliable, thoughtful, conscientious, friendly, attentive, kind, and have warmly served thousands of people, families, elders, and communities over four decades. My services may include holistic childcare and elder care, companionship and compassionate listening, meal and smoothie preparation, errands and transportation, organizing, housekeeping and green cleaning, household and office support, administrative help, pet care, overnight care, and portable wellness supports for relaxation and stress relief. My background includes training and certification in health coaching, yoga, mindfulness, mediation, and massage. I am also the mom of an amazing 22-year-old daughter and recent college graduate.
