My background includes 4 decades of successful experience in school counseling, education, human resources, holistic retreat and camp settings, child / elder / pet care, yoga instruction, holistic studies, mindfulness, massage, health coaching, nutrition, property magement, guest services, cleaning, organizing, meals and smoothies, office management, writing, editing, and all areas of personal assistance. I have worked with children and families most of my career as a School Counselor; Director of an innovative children's program with a focus on wellness, nature immersion, mindfulness, and the creative arts; Property Manager / Owner; Admissions Counselor; Administrative Assistant to Human Resources; Program Manager; and mom to an amazing 20-year-old daughter who is a senior in college.
